About My Services
KMA, Inc. provides high quality training and consulting in:
1) Restorative Workplace Culture
Empower employees to:
- Increase accountability to each other and the agency’s objectives
- Voice and listen to differing ideas and feedback
- Develop skills to address conflict
- Participate in a culture that builds confidence
- Cultivate internal leadership through train-the-trainer methodology
2) Design and Implementation of Community Restorative Justice Programs
- Law Enforcement Referrals and Partnership
- Facilitation and Circle-Keeping
- Fundraising Strategies
- Train-the-trainer
- Program Management and Case Coordination Support
- Orientations for City Councils and Community Groups
- Restorative Teaching Tools
- Prioritizing an Equity and Racial Justice Lens
3) Conflict Facilitation
Every group or team can be seen as a micro-community that inevitably experiences conflict.
Instead of losing time dancing around the issue, relying on policy to correct behavior, or resorting to "canceling" someone, we can support you with a facilitated participatory process that will return agency to the individuals involved as they discover and co-create solutions.
Through facilitated dialogue emphasizing accountability and active commitments to change behavior, our facilitators will get to the root of your team’s challenges. Participants will reflect on their own behavior, consider its impacts on others, and gain insight on how to communicate in difficult conversations.
