About My Services
In the Workplace
Our talented team has extensive experience working with organization’s. They'll remind you what is “normal” in a workplace culture that is dealing with challenges and provide you with support through the process. Change and conflict creates discomfort and tension. While this is to be expected, these feelings can be defused by a good trainer and coach, which is what you’ll find with our team.
In Criminal Justice
We are passionate about Restorative Justice and its practical impact and ability to turn youth who are headed down the wrong path towards a more productive outcome. Our team is consistent and positive to work with in creating programming and meeting your needs as they change. We care about all parties involved. We are transparent as we share with you the position, interests and outcome of each case.
