About My Services
I’ve been an individual and couples counselor/coach since 2009. My interest in restorative processes stems from my masters in spiritual psychology program's evolution into a California nonprofit, Freedom to Choose, where I've served > 600 hours inside prisons, supporting incarcerated men and women on their personal healing paths. My attempt to bring that work to Colorado led to my involvement in several Colorado organizations, each serving in unique ways. Since COVID, there have been more community-based (outside prison) opportunities, leading to a key aspect of restorative processes in community: the willingness to heal oneself. Inside a circle is a wonderfully supportive environment to practice transformative tools and be part of the solution, rather simply than expecting others to change. There are hundreds of restorative processes, organizations and trainings to participate in, nationwide. All hold key restorative values in common. Explore and find the ones that resonate with you.
