Restorative Justice Practices Training, Consulting, and Facilitation Services for K-12 Schools and Districts, as well as in Criminal and Community Justice, including community group conference facilitator and community member training and coaching. Specialize in program development and implementation, with a commitment to trauma-informed care and equity practices, and a strong interest in building Restorative communities. Provide assessment and facilitation services for restorative mediations, community group conferencing, high risk victim-offender dialogues, community and organization harm and healing circles, and offender harm awareness assessments.

Staff and volunteer RJ conferencing facilitator training for organizations that provide services to victims of sexual violence whose clients want to conference with members of their family, close-in friends/ associates, and employers/ co-workers whose response to the victim's story sharing was unhelpful and/ or revictimizing.
