BRITE Collaborative is committed to applying the best practices of the Colorado RJ Practitioner Guidelines
About
BRITE Collaborative (formerly LCJP) has been providing restorative services out of Longmont for 30 years. BRITE Collaborative offers people the opportunity utilize restorative interventions to cultivate community and come together to navigate harm and repair with dignity. BRITE offers a variety of RJ services, from training to programs to help ensure that RJ is available to everyone that needs it. We provide community member and facilitator training in line with state standards. We also provide restorative justice training for schools, organizations, or anyone else who wants to deepen their restorative practices or build a restorative culture in their community. We have an intensive Restorative Approaches to Parenting class. We accept referrals for diversion/deflection for both youth and adults into a wide variety of restorative interventions to meet the needs of the participant. We also accept referrals for conflict mediation and are available for technical assistance and consulting for other practitioners/organizations/jurisdictions. Even though we primarily serve Longmont and Boulder County, our services are available internationally. Many of them can be available virtually or in Spanish, please reach out if you are interested.
