Restorative Justice Program Manager
Manages the daily operation of the Restorative Justice program within the Police department and serves as the Executive Director for the Estes Valley Restorative Justice Partnership, a 501c3, non-profit Board. Engages in grant writing and management, fundraising, public education and program development. Recruits, trains, retains and manages volunteers for the various programs; supervises the Restorative Justice Program Coordinator. Work is very independent with considerable authority to use judgment and initiative in carrying out work programs and objectives.
