CCRJP is seeking a skilled strategic leader and relationship-builder who understands lasting impact requires strong foundations. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully secured core support, capacity-building, and infrastructure funding—not just for programs, but for the people, systems, and tools that make sustainable change possible. The Executive Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the organization's operations and programs; building collaborative partnerships that enhance restorative practices; ensuring adequate funding through strategic budgeting, grant writing, management, and fundraising; supervising contractors; and engaging CCRJP members and the Board of Directors in these activities.
