About
At SRPC Training, we offer the Advanced Certificate in School Restorative Practices Coordination through our Think BIG & Be SMART 4R Students™ professional development program. Our training is grounded in the ADDIE instructional design model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and integrates our proprietary BIG (Build, Identify and Give) and SMART (Sync Manageable, Appropriate, Restorative & Teach) frameworks.
