Estes Valley Restorative Justice Partnership is committed to applying the best practices of the Colorado RJ Practitioner Guidelines
About
EVRJP has served the Estes Valley with proactive and responsive processes since its founding in 2002. As a unique hybrid municipal/nonprofit organization and alliance between the Estes Valley community and the Town of Estes Park Police Department, EVRJP offers eight programs that range from proactive community-building to conflict resolution and responses to crime and wrongdoing. Many of the programs are offered in partnership with other local agencies and organizations, including the Estes Park School District, Estes Valley Library, Estes Valley Fire Protection District and Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. All of EVRJP’s programs endeavor to enhance cooperation, encourage understanding, and strengthen relationships.
Many aspects of EVRJP programming depend on volunteers. Community members are encouraged to explore the different opportunities available at estes.org/restorativejustice.
