About My Services
Rachel L. Fike (formerly Rachel Larsen) has worked over 5 years in the context of higher ed leading restorative justice initiatives. She holds an MA in Communication Studies and a professional certificate in Restorative Justice & Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. She is active in the Colorado RJ community, currently serving on the board of Colorado Coalition for Restorative Justice Practices (CCRJP) in the Education Seat. Rachel has led restorative justice training for the National Association of Community for Restorative Justice (NACRJ), TEDxCU, and has trained over 100 facilitators in the context of higher education. Since starting her RJP practice in 2016, Rachel has facilitated roughly 600 restorative circles in multiple contexts. Currently working part-time, Rachel continues to work with higher ed RJ programs providing facilitator training and leads circle dialogues for business organizations.
