The Associate Director of Conflict Resolution Services has the primary responsibility for oversight of civility strategies related to conflict prevention, education, coaching, problem solving, mediation, facilitation, and restorative justice. The Associate Director provides leadership, vision and direct oversight of all Conflict Resolution Services programming while playing a critical role in advocating for a fair process, encouraging student development, addressing community issues, assisting with conflict intervention, facilitating solutions, and collaborating with campus and community partners.

As a member of the SRC Leadership team, the Associate Director assists in establishing and implementing strategic department goals and making decisions regarding personnel management, fiscal management of Conflict Resolution Services related programming, and policies and procedures for SRC related operations, programs, and service functions.
