Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (SCCR) serves students through a restorative justice program, conflict resolution initiatives, and a traditional student conduct resolution process. These programs help students acknowledge responsibility for their actions, manage interpersonal conflict, and learn behaviors to be successful members of the CU community.
As a member of the unit’s leadership team, the Assistant Director assists the Director with administration and management of the day-to-day operations of the CU Restorative Justice (CURJ) program and conflict resolution initiatives. The position also serves as a facilitator for all SCCR resolution processes, including the student conduct resolution process when needed.
The University of Colorado Boulder is committed to building a culturally diverse community of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to contributing to an inclusive campus environment. We are an Equal Opportunity employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
